Instructions for Use
It’s As Easy As POP, Apply, and Dress.
Apply
Turn the applicator to the swab end down, and allow the liquid mixture to accumulate into the tip for 5 seconds. Point the applicator tip downwards and squeeze the applicator to apply a small amount of this product to the intact skin around the wound. Do not place the product over or on the wound. Allow to dry for approximately 20-30 seconds.
POP
Before opening the blister package, apply finger pressure on the blister package to break both ampoules. Remove the butyrate applicator tube from blister package, pinch the butyrate tube just below the swab tip and shake swab end up for 15-30 seconds.
Dress
Per facility protocol, apply the dressing to the skin, ensuring edges are in contact with POPs
